What is ACA certification?
- [Instructor] Let's begin by establishing what the ACA program is, why it exists, and who it's intended for. ACA stands for Adobe Certified Associate. The ACA program was created to help students and individuals who are seeking internships, jobs, or credit for college-level programs in design, web, or rich media. ACA status means you've demonstrated fundamental knowledge and skills in a particular job field and software, and the way that you achieve ACA status is to take and pass an exam. Each ACA exam is designed to test your knowledge and abilities in one of Adobe's software applications, and currently, there are eight separate ACA exams.
