- [Instructor] To fix yellowish teeth, don't just brighten them, whiten them too. Here's how to accomplish all that with a single Curves Adjustment Layer that does most of the work for you. Click the Create New Adjustment layer icon and choose curves. In the properties panel click the Hand tool to activate the Targeted Adjustment tool. Find a darkish area of the teeth and drag up to brighten the teeth. This actually affects any color in the image that's similar to the one that you clicked on. Now to limit this to only the teeth, set the foreground color box to black. If it's white, press X on the keyboard to switch the colors. Now press Option + Delete on Mac or Alt + Backspace on Windows to fill the layer mask that comes with the Curves Adjustment Layer with black. To hide the brightening effect, press X on the keyboard to switch the foreground color to white again, and then select the Brush tool and paint over the teeth.…
