- [Instructor] One of the more familiar features found on the VRayLight, at least for an existing 3ds Max user, will probably be the exclude/include functionality that we will take a look at in this exercise, something that, as with the invisible and no decay options already discussed, can help us bypass the physical correctness of the VRayLight and do things that just aren't possible in the real world. To show this in action, let's assume that with the light that we have, we only want to illuminate the vase and flower models in the scene and not the backdrop. The idea being that we may want to use another, perhaps different colored light on that instead. Something that we can do with ease by using, as we say, some standard 3ds Max exclude/include functionality.
