Zooming in and out

- All right, now I'll show you how to zoom in on an image to see more detail or zoom out, to take in the entire thing. All right now, at this point I'm seeing the home screen because I've closed all my images and so to open the new image, I'll just go ahead and click on the Open button and I'll scroll down a little bit and open this guy right here, just by double clicking on his thumbnail. At which point you can see that in addition to the actual image, I'm seeing a bunch of dark gray pasteboard. And so what I'd like to do is zoom in, which you can do by going up to the View menu and choosing the Zoom In command, but rather than choosing this command over and over again, you're going to want to memorize this very basic keyboard shortcut of Ctrl + here on the PC, that's going to be Command + on a Mac.
