The magic of Content-Aware Fill
- [Instructor] Photoshop's Content Aware Fill technology is an excellent way to remove objects in an image and fix areas that are distracting to the viewer. So in this video we're going to take a look at two different ways to apply Content Aware Fill. We're going to start with this image where I just want to remove this lamppost here from the image. So I'll tap the L key, that will give me my Lasso Tool, and I'm just going to drag a selection around the lamppost and also the shadow here. So let's be sure to grab that whole shadow and then close our selection. So the first method for using Content Aware Fill is under Edit, and then Fill. You can choose the Contents to Content-Aware, and be sure to enable the Color Adaptation, so that Photoshop does a better blending of colors in the filled area.
