- [Instructor] We've looked at sheets, documents, and teams here over on the menu tab. And what we have left are tasks, RFIs, field reports and photos. The thing that these four menu items all have in common when you're working inside of a work space is that when you enter a task, an RFI, a field report or a photo here within the workspace, it's not visible over in the main project. Let's click on tasks and I'll show you what I mean. When I click on tasks here in the workspace, I get a list that looks exactly the same as the list over on the main project. The difference is, the main project might have numerous open, in review, pending, and closed tasks that have been created as the project progresses. But since I just created this workspace, these are all zero, because I don't see the tasks from the main project. I'm not going to see RFIs from the main project, field reports or photos, either. I'm just going to see the ones that I created here in the workspace. So I talked earlier…
