- [Instructor] For me, I like to track rework separately from other issues and I like to track it as it occurs because rework is expensive, it's time consuming, and it really shouldn't happen. So when I start to see a bunch of rework items being reported, it tells me that there's something that needs my attention so it doesn't continue. Recording rework is as easy as recording the near-misses. So same thing as we are walking the job site, I would like to see rework recorded on the plan sheet. So if we're here in the corridor and we see some issues with, again we'll pick on the drywall contractor and there's some rework on the drywall because the quality just wasn't correct, we're going to do the same thing. Again, let's assign a color that we always use for rework and we'll say that that's purple. We'll click on the add a stamp button and this time we'll select the rework stamp that we created and we want to put it here on the plan sheet in exactly the location where the rework is…
