- [Instructor] Once you really begin to understand how this Workspace feature works, you might start to be able to visualize some of the possibilities for using workspaces to really embrace digital work flows to work more efficiently and improve your processes out on the job site. As the general contractor, you could create a temporary workspace to collaborate on a proposed change allowing you to invite just the team members that need to be involved in the conversation and bringing them together to view and markup documents without disturbing that main project. You could also use a workspace for each trade contractor that's hired on the project and use that workspace to store private documents like correspondence, proposals, and contracts so that you can use PlanGrid to store all your relevant project documents without exposing some of those private documents, like subcontracts, to the whole project team.
