Adding the process steps
- [Instructor] Let's start adding in the steps for the process. So we'll select the first stage. Now, when you add a stage, as we've already seen, you get one data step added automatically. Let's go ahead and click that data step. And then look over here in the designer panel on Properties tab, and here we get to rename this. And this was going to be First Name. And then we also select the data field. Now, you'll see it's defaulted to Name. That's not the one we want. We want First Name, which was a custom field that we created. And here is where you get to decide if this is required or not. This is the place where we want to do that rather than back in the table itself. Making the item required means that people won't be able to move to the next stage of the process without entering this information.
