- So, I think it's time for us to start building a business process flow. What I'm going to do, is build from simplest to more complex. So, we're going to start by creating an immersive flow to manage customer check-in for a smog check at an auto repair shop. This is actually an example that Microsoft uses in their documentation. But I'm going to do things in a slightly different order than they do and give some explanations for things that I think they missed. Now, step one in creating a BPF is always going to be the same. We need to have at least some idea of what we're trying to achieve, what information we'll need and what tasks need to be accomplished. So we need to start by determining the phases of the process.
