- [Instructor] So, why do we care about the Dataverse and Tables. We care because these are the building blocks for what are known as Model-Driven Apps. Or MDAs. In Power Apps, you may be familiar with Canvas Apps. Apps that you start from a blank canvas. Adding features and links to information as you go along. Canvas apps give you total control over the app. It's looks and it's results. But there are also Model-Driven apps. And these are apps that you create directly from information contained within the Dataverse. They're not as flexible in terms of design. But they can be easier to build since more things happen automatically. Because MDAs use a Meta-Driven architecture, they can be built without using code. Making them more accessible to more developers. And that Meta-Driven architecture, that derives directly from the Metadata rich relational information contained within an environment's Dataverse and tables.…
