- [Tutor] These are the steps that I use to create floor plan views, which are suitable for our Power BI documents. First inside of Revit, I'll go to my floor plan views and find one of my fuller plans such as my first floor. I'm going to click on level one, then I'll right click, come up here to duplicate view and select on duplicate. Now let's do the exact same thing for level two, click on level two, right click, duplicate view and duplicate. Now we have two copies of these views. One for level one, one for level two. Next, I want to shut off anything that I do not want to see inside a Power BI. To do that, we need to shut these graphics off in our visibility graphics. So click inside of the view and then either find visibility graphics underneath your graphics over here, such as visibility graphics and then clicking on the edit button or you can type the letter V as visibility twice on your keyboard.…
