- [Instructor] This is a high level overview of the Microsoft Power BI interface and where you can find some of your major commands when using the software. We'll explore more of these commands as we're going along in the course. On the Home tab, you'll find the various areas where you can bring in data from different kinds of data sources, such as Microsoft Excel, Revvit and a wide variety of other programs. Also, these are some of your visualization tools are located at including such things as text boxes which allow you to format the information that shows up in your various power BI displays. There's an option here for insert and this allows you to insert a new visualizations. Some buttons, custom shapes, basically create an environment that's visually pleasing for your data.
