Exporting to a PDF
- [Instructor] A report can be exported as a .pdf, a portable document format file. Select the file tab to get started and then select export to .pdf. You can export with the current values if you have filtered this report or the default values. In this case lets go with current values. If there are hidden report tabs you can also check the box here. There are none so we'll leave that empty. Then select export. The notification appears that the .pdf export is in progress. Once ready, a notification will appear that the .pdf file is ready for download. Locate that download. For this web browser, it's here on the status bar. We'll select the arrow and then select open. Here's the .pdf that was exported. Use the scroll bar to scroll through page by page. You may also have controls to zoom in and zoom out or print the .pdf. And that's how you can export a report as a .pdf.
