Exporting to a PowerPoint presentation

- [Instructor] Many pages of a Power BI report can be exported as a PowerPoint presentation. With the reporting view, go to the file tab, and from the context menu, select Export to PowerPoint. You can export this with the current values, or the default values. That's if maybe you've filtered the visuals. You would choose current values. In this case we're going to go with default values. If you have hidden report tabs and you want to exclude those as becoming slides within a presentation, you can check the box here to exclude. We don't have any hidden report tabs, so we will leave that empty. Next select export. A notification appears in the upper-right corner as the PowerPoint is being created. Once the presentation is ready you will receive a message that the PowerPoint file is ready for download. Locate where that download is. In this case it's down here in the bar. Select the arrow and then select open. And we're now opening the newly generated presentation in the desktop version…
