Filter your data for desired results
- The use of filters in Power BI is actually one of its greatest strengths. To see how filters work. What I would like to do is copy the table that we have on the overall plan, which currently has the first and second floor information on it. And then copy that table to the first floor in the second floor, and then filter out the information that we don't need to accomplish that task. First, move your mouse close to where the table is located at then click to select the table. Next come up to copy underneath the home tab to copy that table that you just selected. Next click on first floor then select on paste. This will paste an exact copy of that table that we selected from overall here into first floor. For second floor, do the same thing, just click on the second floor tab, click on paste and it'll paste the copy of that table here into the second floor.
