Getting usage metrics
- [Instructor] If you want to know who is accessing a dashboard, from what platform they are accessing a dashboard, and how often, you can view a Usage Metrics report. With the dashboard in view, go to the toolbar above and select Usage Metrics. The dashboard Usage Metrics report displays. Notice there are a couple of chart tiles here. These are indicating the views per day. As you hover over each of the data points, it gives you a total count. You can also see how many were unique viewers per day. Over to the right, we even can see a list of who has been viewing this dashboard. You're looking at a report that is including all distribution methods. Over to the left with the drop-down arrow, from the context menu, you can update this to see just the segment of who this has been shared with or who's accessing this from a group workspace?
