Sharing a Power BI dashboard or report

- [Instructor] A dashboard or a report can be shared with someone else. There are a few ways to start the share process. If you're viewing a dashboard or a report from the Navigation panel, locate it, select the Open menu and then select Share. From a list of dashboards or reports, you can also select the Share button here in line with the report or the dashboard. If the dashboard or the report is open, locate the toolbar at the top and select Share. Next, enter the email address of who you would like to share this with. Include an optional message and then select if you'd like to allow recipients to share the dashboard, to build new content with the underlying datasets and if you'd like to send an email notification to recipients. Select Share, and that's how you share a dashboard or a report.
