- [Instructor] Now, we're going to look at making some KPIs. A KPI or key performance indicator is typically a single number of some significance that's shown in large font on a report. And there are a lot more tricky than they might appear. First thing we're going to do to make a little bit of space is just removed the table. There are four KPI type of visuals in Power BI that come as standard. There's gauge, card, multi-row card, and KPI. And we're going to start with card and make that smaller. We're going to put net sales into the data and it seems that we have a million dollars of net sales. You can see it's rounded it up nicely for us. So, what does this mean? What does net sales of a million dollars mean? Is it a million dollars over all time? Is it for the most recent year or month or day, or is it providing some kind of formula behind the scenes that we don't know about? And this is why KPIs are tricky. They…
