What do fields and data mean?
- [Instructor] Once we brought the data into Microsoft BI, the next thing that we can do is actually view that data. And we can see the data by coming over here to the left-hand side and clicking on Data. Then there's a very good chance as what you'll actually be looking at is something over here where it says Fields and it probably says Room Schedule 2 and Sheet. Well, if you select on that Room Schedule 2, what you'll see are the various room numbers, the various room names, the actual designed area. So the modeled area inside of Revit of each one of these spaces and the level that each one of these spaces. or actually rooms in Revit terminology, that were brought into the software program. Now, if we take a look at Sheet by just clicking on the word Sheet, here we can see the rooms that got brought in from my other data source. And that came out of a program called dRofus which allows you to do room data sheets.…
