- [Narrator] If you are signed into office, your pens will be remembered across your applications and various devices. So taking the time to customize the pens area to make it your own might be worth your time. To follow along, you can open up a blank presentation or open up the exercise file 0402, Adding Pens. Now to add a pen, click on your draw tab and in the pens group you can click on the add pen button located right here and you have three options to choose from. There's a pencil, a pen and a highlighter. Just choose one of those options and that will add that pen to your pen group. And you can choose a couple of different options here. You can choose the pen thickness. You can choose the pen color, either a solid color or one of the various pen effects down below. And there's a lot of different new glitter pens like the rainbow and galaxy. And incidentally, these new glitter effects are only available for certain operating systems.
