- [Narrator] Power Point has lots of great features for printing, for the MOS exam, be sure you can print all or part of a presentation. Print notes pages, print handouts and print in color, grayscale, or black and white. So I've already opened 02_07 Hotel from the chapter two exercise files folder. It's important to realize there are a lot of options for printing in Power Point. And it's worth taking your time when printing. If you simply click print, you may be surprised by the results. If you've got 50 slides and are connected to a color printer, you'll quickly end up with 50 pages printed in full color. A better technique is to ask yourself what do I want to print. Power Point provides one option box that displays these options pretty clearly. Let's look at how to configure these options. I'll click file and then choose print at the left hand side.
