- [Instructor] Before we dine in, we have a few different courses on PowerPoint, and I really wanna make sure you're watching the right course for the right software version you have. This course is for PowerPoint 2019, the standalone version that is not part of an Office 365 subscription. It does get confusing, because technically, even that version is PowerPoint 2019. But there are some extra features in the subscription version that aren't listed here, and you might get frustrated. You also might get frustrated if you see a great feature but can't find it on your version. So, here's how to check. Click file on the top left hand side of the screen and click account. On the right hand side, you'll be able to see what you're using. This is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. Now, it does say Preview here. That's because this is a little bit before the official release date. So yours, most likely, will not say Preview. But what you need to make sure is that it's definitely missing the word Subscription. It could say Office 365 Subscription, or it could still say Office Pro Plus 2019. But above here, it will say Subscription Product. If you see the word subscription anywhere, then you're watching the wrong course, and you'll need to change to the PowerPoint Office 365 course. For everybody else, you're in the right place. So, let's get started. We'll click the back arrow at the top to get back to PowerPoint, and now we can keep going.
