- [Instructor] Hello and welcome back to Presentation Tips Weekly. Today, we're going to take a look at setting up your Quick Access Toolbar, or QAT, in PowerPoint. Now, what is your Quick Access Toolbar? Well, it's kind of what it sounds like. Basically, any of your commands that you use all the time, we can put those somewhere that you can access them easily. So think about something you do all the time, like let's say you have a whole bunch of shapes, so let's go ahead and draw some shapes here. If you have a square, you have another square and another square, and you want to align those objects. What do you have to do to do that? You have to go to, let's see, let's go to Home, that's one click. Then we have to go to Arrange, that's two. And we have to go to Align, and let's say we wanted to align the middle, that's three clicks. And let's say we want to distribute them as well, Arrange, Align, Distribute, that's a…
