- [Instructor] Hello and welcome back to presentation tips weekly. Today we're going to take a look at how to embed fonts in your PowerPoint file. So say I have a font like this, right now this font is called Posterama. Now this is a font you probably don't have on your computer most people won't have this font on their computer. But let's say I went to this whole deck and I used this custom font and wanted to make sure that it looked like this for whoever is opening this file. Or let's say, I need to present this on another machine and I want to make sure that it looks the exact same way on that machine. That is when you want to embed a font. So right now I'm using Office 365 and you can do this on Office 365 or PowerPoint 2019 and up. If you have an older version of PowerPoint for Mac, you can not embed a font, but it will still read a file that has embedded fonts in it. So, all right. So what we want to do is go up…
