Insert and format SmartArt graphics

- [Instructor] For the MOS exam, you'll want to be familiar with inserting and formatting SmartArt graphics. We'll cover converting lists to SmartArt graphics, creating SmartArt graphics, adding shapes to SmartArt graphics, changing the color of SmartArt graphics, and reordering shapes in SmartArt graphics. I've opened 04_03 Hotel from the exercise files folder, and we'll start out by converting lists to SmartArt. I'll start out by clicking on slide 12. I have a bulleted list here that I'd like to look more like a graphic. I can click inside the placeholder. I'll select the heading and the list below it, and from the home tab of the ribbon, I'll click convert to SmartArt. Each of these SmartArt diagrams has a name, and it's nice to be able to mouse through these to choose the various options and see what this would look like. For this example, I'll choose vertical block list. So you can see, it's super easy to convert existing bulleted text to SmartArt. The next thing we'll do is…
