- [Instructor] Let's take a look at inserting and formatting slides. We'll insert specific slide layouts, duplicating existing slides, hiding and unhiding slides, deleting slides, applying a different slide layout, modifying individual slide backgrounds, and inserting slide headers, footers, and page numbers. So I've pulled up the exercise file 02_03 Welcome and we'll start by inserting slides with specific slide layouts. The quickest way to do this is from the New Slide dropdown on the ribbon. The thing to know is that the slide will be inserted after whichever slide is selected. So if I want to position a slide between slide two and three, I'll click on slide two first, then click the down arrow under New Slide, and then choose the content type that I'm looking for. For the MOS exam, you'll be asked to apply a specific slide layout. In this example I'll choose Two Content, since we're only going to be familiar with the names that you see underneath the New Slide down arrow. A great…
