For the MOSS exam, you'll need to know how to insert audio and video clips, adjust media window size, set the video start and stop time, configure media playback options, and set media timing options. I've opened 04_04 Hotel from the exercise files folder and we'll get started with inserting audio and video clips. Let's take a look at inserting audio first. A common task would be to insert the file named audio on slide one. I'm already on slide one, so I'll click Insert on the ribbon and choose the Audio drop down from the right hand side. For this I'll choose Audio on My PC. I'll double click 04_04 audio to insert this file. You'll notice the audio clip is positioned in the center of the screen.
