- [Instructor] Designer now comes with a few new features that I really think is kind of cool. The first one, I use all the time just to save time laying out pictures. So on this first slide here, I've just inserted a bunch of pictures on a plain blank slide in no particular order, and I haven't resized or even cropped them. And in doing so, that would take some time. But if I click on this Design tab and go to the Design Ideas button, Designer is going to suggest a lot of different picture layouts for me. Fact, I'm just going to click on this first one. And there we go. My pictures are cropped and evenly spaced on this slide. Now, Designer does have some limitations with picture layouts. For example, it can currently only handle up to six photos. And Designer doesn't really work with custom templates. But with the picture grid, the pictures are covering up most of that slide anyway. So I usually try to include the Office Theme Blank Slide in all of my templates just for this reason…
