Merge content from multiple presentations

- [Instructor] PowerPoint has features that allow you to merge content from multiple presentations. For the MOS exam, you'll need to know how to insert slides from another presentation, compare two presentations, insert comments, and review comments. So I've already opened 06_01 Hotel.pptx from the Exercise Files folder. We'll start out by inserting slides from another presentation. My first task is to insert slides two through seven from 06_01 Room Options.pptx between slides seven and eight. I'll go ahead and click between slide seven and eight. To bring in these slides from another presentation, I'll click the New Slide drop-down and then choose Reuse Slides. A Reuse Slides panel shows up at the right-hand side, and I have an option to browse for my file. I'll go ahead and click on Browse. And then I'll choose Browse File. Next I'll double-click 06_01 Room Options from the Chapter 6 folder. You can see that all of the slides in this presentation appear at the right. I like to…
