Picking the right PowerPoint view
- [Narrator] Most of your work in PowerPoint is going to happen here in the normal slide design view where you make all your edits and adjustments. However, there are actually several other views in PowerPoint which can be helpful in setting up how your presentation is developed and distributed. The view you're using in PowerPoint is managed, conveniently enough, here in the view tab. The first one I'd like to show you is the slide sorter view which lets you drag and drop and rearrange previously created slides. I frequently go back into this view when I'm revising a presentation for a common lecture, as I find myself needing the whole thing in my head at once and adjust organization for both content and emphasis. The bird's eye nature of slider sorter view makes it much easier to manage that process. Another helpful view for educators is the notes pages view.
