Reviewing and comparing changes with others

- When multiple people are working on a presentation, it can be hard to know what version is floating out there, or what changes were approved and which version is the one you're supposed to be presenting with. All changes can be tracked on the Review ribbon tab and you can even mark the version as final, that you want to use. To start this process, let's imagine that we want to send this copy out to somebody else, let them make changes, and then see what changes they made. To do this scenario, create a safe copy of the file somewhere on your computer. I've done that already and I've called it the Review copy of Landon Hotel Board of Directors Guide. I then sent that file out as an attachment. The other person made their changes, and sent it back. There's a few ways they could have done that, such as sharing it directly from OneDrive or SharePoint, but in this scenario, they sent it as an attachment.
