- [Instructor] Let's explore setting timing for transitions and animations. We'll configure transition start and finish options. Set transition effect durations. And reorder animations on a slide. So I've already opened 05 03 Hotel from the exercise files folder, and we'll start out by configuring transition start and finish options. Since we're working with transitions, I'll go ahead and navigate to the slide sorter view by clicking the icon at the bottom of the screen. Remember that transitions are the way that slides come on to the screen. So we're talking about slides as a whole here, rather than the individual elements within slides. As a default, all of your transitions happen on click. This means that when I go to the slideshow view by clicking this icon at the bottom of the screen, that I'll have to manually click or navigate to get the transition to appear.
