Smart Lookup

- [Instructor] If you have Microsoft Intelligent Services turned on in Office, you don't have to leave PowerPoint to look up a word or search for something online anymore. You can use a tool, called Smart Lookup, formerly known as Insights. And there are three fast ways to use Smart Lookup. First, select any word, then go up to your review tab, and click on the button Smart Lookup. Your Smart Lookup pane will then explore the web, searching common sites, such as Wikipedia, and display other web links below. On the define tab over here, you'll find other things, like definitions, parts of speech, and even word etymologies. And that's one way that you can access Smart Lookup. Another way, let me close this, is to simply right click on the word, and go all the way down to Smart Lookup. That'll also open up that Smart Lookup pane. Now, a third way, and this is a good method, if you don't have your search term on the slide itself, is to go up to the tell me box, on your word ribbon, and…
