Use SmartArt to create diagrams

- [Narrator] PowerPoint can help you create all sorts of neat ways to show diagrams, flow charts, and can even let you add a picture to a diagram. It's called SmartArt, and all the functionality you need is built right into PowerPoint. Let's get started building an executive summary. I'll change to the insert ribbon tab, and I'll click SmartArt. Here's where you can see a list of they base type of SmartArt graphic that you want. The easiest way to decide what to choose, is to know what you're looking for. I'm going to go right down to the picture list, because I want to add some of our exectutives, and I have their pictures to go with it. You can click on one, and you'll get a better view of what it's going to look like on the right. I'll choose the alternatating picture blocks. Click okay and it's created. Now it's up to me to start building it. I'm going to start by putting in the text. So I'll click right inside this place holder and start typing. I'll keep going, and you'll notice…
