Using the Eyedropper tool

- We've done well with the colors we picked, but I can make these slides stand out even more by using a built-in tool of PowerPoint's, called the Eyedropper Tool. The Eyedropper Tool will allow me to pluck a single pixel's worth of color from any image on a slide and apply it to my palette, so that I can use it in other slides. Let's see the Eyedropper Tool in action. Here's a testimonial slide. It's a little bland, and there's a lot of white on these slides that I can see. Let's make them look a little bit more interesting. The first thing I'll do is change the Layout to that of a Two Content slide, and then I'll click Pictures in the content placeholder and browse to my Assets folder. I'm going to find a nice photo that's good for a testimonial slide. I'll enlarge it so that it's a little bit bigger. I'll add a nice background to it, so that it looks good, even before we've done anything else to the slide. Now let's change the background color of the slide. I'd like to change it to…
