Using PowerPoint Presenter view
- [Instructor] In a two-monitor classroom environment, PowerPoint Presenter View shows your students' slides on one screen while leaving your notes on another screen. With Office 365, however, Presenter View is actually capable of much more than that. To use Presenter View, head over to the Slideshow tab. If your environment has two monitors, you'll see an option here for using Presenter View. You can also designate a monitor that will display your slides. Since I want to show you Presenter View in this video, I'm going to choose Monitor 2 to be the outward-facing display. Now let's take a look at how Presenter View operates. I'm just going to start the presentation from the beginning and here it is. First, if Presenter View isn't managing monitors properly, just head over to the Display Settings area and then select Swap Presenter View and Slideshow which will flip the displays.
