Using Zoom

- [Instructor] PowerPoint Zoom is another new feature that makes it easier to demonstrate how smaller parts of a slide connect to the larger whole and to create more visually dynamic presentations. Essentially, Zoom creates action areas within a slide that allow you to jump to different slides or sections and then return to your starting point. To get a sense of how this works, let's add a Zoom effect to this PowerPoint presentation. If we head over to the Insert tab, we'll see an option labeled Zoom. From there, we can choose whether we'd want to zoom to a section or to a specific slide. Let's say we want to make a Zoom to the start of our slide where we talk about the grains group. We just select that slide and then choose Insert. Now, by default, the image for our Zoom is the slide image, but this is a fairly easy thing to change.
