What not to do with pictures

- [Instructor] We've all been there, in a hurry before a major deadline, and we're running out of time. Presenters in the final hour are usually so focused and worried about what they are going to say, that they don't spend a lot of time on their visuals. And so pictures are usually the most common aspect of a presentation to be short-changed or forgotten, and they shouldn't be. So even if you're on a time crunch, here are two things that you should never do with pictures in a presentation. Number one, don't (laughs) steal pictures. And, by steal, I mean don't use pictures in your presentation that you don't have the rights to. And that is actually quite complicated to know sometimes. Just because you insert a picture from the Online Pictures area of PowerPoint, or if you find a picture on Google or Bing that isn't watermarked, that doesn't mean that you can just take it and use it for personal or commercial uses.
