- [Instructor] Working in PowerPoint often requires thinking like a designer, which can be an uncomfortable shift for some educators. The PowerPoint 365 Designer feature, though, makes it easier to shift roles by dynamically providing slide design suggestions. As you can see, this is a very basic PowerPoint slide, something that might be used in a science class, but boring to the point of being distracting. To see some options, let's head over to the Design tab, and then choose Design Ideas. From there, it automatically generates some options based around our included content. Any of these are improvements, but now let's see what happens when we add an image. We'll go over here to the Insert tab and choose Online Picture. And then, we'll type in volcano, run a search, and pick an image that we like. We select it. You can choose Insert to add it to the slide.
