Working with images
- [Instructor] Working with images is a critical skill to making slides in education. Sometimes, though, the image you have isn't exactly what you need, so let's explore how to customize images. We'll begin by gussying up this title slide a bit. Here on slide three, I've got an image of a tablecloth. Let's select the image, copy it, and then paste it here on the title slide. Now, the first thing we want to do is reverse the image. We'll select it, and then under Arrange on the Home tab, choose Rotate and then Flip Horizontal. Next, we want to resize the image. We'll drag it up here to the right hand corner. Zoom outward so that we've got a bit more real estate to work with. Then drag the image by the corner, holding down Shift to make sure that the dimensions stay consistent. And there it's resized. That'll work fine, but now we've got some extra image outside the slide itself, so we need to crop that. We'll just select the image and then choose Crop from the pop-in menu. Then adjust…
