- [Instructor] Now that we've edited and tweaked the main foundation of our interviews, it's time to begin adding the visuals that will make this video richer and more engaging. So if our interviews are the A-roll, telling us all about Madame Donut and her donut making philosophy, then we'll use the actual donut footage as B-roll, which not only provides important supplemental visuals, but it also functions to cover up all of our junk cuts, which are a result of splicing lots of different moments within the interviews together. Let me just show you what I mean by junk cuts. Come here and just play over this section. - We stay open around 1:00 PM, that's the goal, but the work's not done. - [Instructor] All right, so she's physically changing position as each one of these edits is occurring.
