- When you're working with the Lumetrie effect, like all effects, you can keyframe individual properties. The key here is to pay attention to which properties are getting keyframes. In the shot we looked at, we established a need for some changes. Now, what I'm going to do is make an initial change. So I'll come in here, take a look at the shot, and work with the basic correction. Let's choose Auto, and it automatically brought that down to a much better level. We'll bring up the white points a little bit, but further recover the highlights and put a little bit more contrast in. That looks so much better already. You see that we've got much improved dynamic range. And that looks really good all the way through to about there. What I want to do is come over to the Effect Controls and open up this area here, where I can see all of my keyframes. Now, what I need to do is add keyframes for certain properties. If I click on a stopwatch, you'll see that a keyframe is added for that…
