Adjusting color stylistically

- Let's talk about adjusting color stylistically using the Creative Controls. Sometimes the color needs to be manipulated, and there are two controls that adjust the intensity of color. Saturation, which is more global, and Vibrance, which affects the colors that need Saturation the most. In this case, you see the before and the after, and there's a few changes that have happened. Some of this has been done using the Color Temperature, but other parts of this involve using the Creative Controls. So, let's take a look. What we want to do is, first, start with the Basic Correction. I'll click Auto, which helps, and then I want to pull up the overall Contrast here, back off Exposure slightly, and let's pull those Shadows down a bit so they're a little bit richer. I like that, but the shot itself feels too warm. If we take a look at the Scopes here, I see the blues are really repressed, so we need to bring those blues up a bit, and that's definitely helping.
