Adjusting disk-based outputs
- Adobe Media Encoder has some powerful presets to create video files for disk based media, such as DVD and Blu-ray. Generally these work pretty well the way to set up, but you can make adjustments, particularly to control the file size and the file quality. You generally don't wanna make adjustments to things like resolution or frame rate on these presets, but you may want to adjust the bit rate, and different aspects of quality. Let me show you how to do that. We're here in Adobe Media Encoder, and we've already set h.264 for Blu-ray, and we have a preset set. So, I'm gonna click on this preset to open up the export settings. And this is gonna be pretty similar to the choices that you would also have with the MPEG-2 variants for Blu-ray and DVD. Okay, so if we're in the video tab here, in our basic video settings, we have a number of things that may be relevant.
