Allow user to delete media cache files from Preferences
- As you work in Premiere Pro, you start to build up a lot of cache files. These media cache files are effectively previews, particularly for formats that may not be optimized for playback. These are going to really build up and could cause issues if your disc drive gets too full, or if a preview goes bad. Fortunately, it's much easier to clean these up now. You can actually find it in the preferences. I'll just go to preferences here, and I'll choose media cache. Now you'll notice that we have a lot of choices, for example, where those cache files are being stored. If it's on your internal drive or an external drive, and we have the ability to also save these next to the original media files, that really hasn't changed. What has changed is the ability to delete these files with just one click. If I click this button, it's going to automatically find these files and give me the ability to get rid of it. Now I have…
