- Today we're going to talk about sound field. Sound field is just basically where the sound is placed around us, is it on the left, is it on the right, or in object-based immersive sound, is the object here above my head, even. So, when you're in Premiere, and you're choosing which track, or how to bring in your clips, mono, stereo, let's talk about what that really means, and how you can create more image in your mixes. In Premiere, it all starts with choosing the right track, and having the clip on the right track, so that you can understand how to pan, or create that image. The easiest way to see our choices for tracks and mastering is by actually making a new sequence. So, when you make a new sequence, we're going to jump right into Tracks, into the audio tracks, and immediately it gives us the traditional Video, 3 tracks, you can choose how many video tracks you need.
