- [Instructor] So when it comes to common type styles, most video editors now have templates that allow you to work very fast with them because you need to use them so often. None is more true than the lower third. So I'm here in my chapter 2 1 sequence and here's an example of just one lower third available where it shows what a person's name is, followed by where they are from, or location. So much so that lower thirds are used that there are great ways to duplicate lower thirds as well as even automate them, as we'll see later in this course. If we take a look here at the browse category, keep in mind that you can actually do a search for a particular type of text or style of text. In this case we're gonna just do a search for lower thirds and you'll see here that any lower thirds that are in my current library will show up down here after I do a search for lower third.
