Compression using Multiband Compressor

- [Instructor] Let's try a different compressor now. Let's close this. Let's go to the effect controls and delete the dynamics. And let's add a multi-band compressor. The clip is already selected. So to add it, all I have to do is double click it here. And there you go. If I go to Edit, this panel opens up and in here, you're going to see a heck of a lot more choices. Now it's called a multi-band compressor because we can affect different bands of frequency differently. For example, we have right here this band of frequencies that we can change. So we have the low, the mid and the highs. You can change this to different values so you can click and drag on the line or you can click and drag on the number itself so that you can change which frequencies are being affected the way that you need them to be affected. And then down here, we have the settings for each one of the bands. So for the low band, for example, we have…
