- DNxHD is a high quality format that is applicable for delivery to broadcasters. Always remember to check with your broadcaster about what they accept for digital delivery. Now let's see how we create these types of files. I'm here in Adobe Media Encoder and I've got a sample file to work with. I wanna change my format here to DNxHD and you can see that this has a slash and it's in the MXF OP1a container. So we'll choose that and here you can see that we have a number of choices here with basically denoting quality resolution and frame rate. Now these go all the way up to Ultra HD and we hope that you're not making a big change here, that is, I wouldn't be making a frame rate change. If everything is shot and edited in 2997, this is probably not the place the change the frame rate to 24p. The one exception here would be you might with down sample at this stage, so maybe you prepared everything at 4k, but your delivery requirement is 1080p so you could keep the frame rate and…
